All payment card data is encrypted while it is being transmitted. Reproducing, duplicating, reselling, or commercially exploiting any part of our Platform without our express written consent is strictly forbidden. The headings throughout these Terms exist purely for convenience and carry no legal weight.

3. CONTENT ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY

Although we strive to supply accurate information, Perrock offers no guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content shown on our Platform. Information is provided for general reference and shouldn't be the only thing you rely on when deciding to buy. We recommend consulting additional sources before you make your final choice. Any reliance you place on content from our Platform is entirely at your own risk. 4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY CHANGES

Every product price may change without advance notice. Perrock may alter, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Platform at any moment without incurring liability. We won't be answerable to you or any third party for price adjustments, service changes, interruptions, or discontinuations.

5. PRODUCTS AND STOCK LIMITATIONS

Some products may be sold only through our online store. Stock is limited and subject to availability. All returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Return Policy. While we do our utmost to show product colours faithfully, we can't guarantee that your device will display them exactly as they appear in real life. We reserve the right to limit sales to particular individuals, geographic areas, or quantities. Descriptions and prices may be revised at any time without notice. We may withdraw any product without prior announcement. All offers are void wherever the law prohibits them.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Perrock holds sole discretion to accept, refuse, or cancel any order. We may set purchase limits per person, household, or order, including orders made through the same accounts, payment methods, or shipping addresses. If we change or cancel your order, we'll make reasonable efforts to reach you using the details you gave at checkout. 14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perrock together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors, against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of or relate to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforced to the fullest extent the law allows. Any part that cannot be enforced will be treated as severed from these Terms, and every remaining provision will stay in full force and effect.

16. TERMINATION

These Terms stay in effect until either party ends them. Any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination will survive the ending of this agreement.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to within them, make up the entire agreement between you and Perrock regarding your use of our Platform, and replace all earlier agreements and understandings.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, disregarding conflict of law principles.

19. AMENDMENTS

Perrock reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If you carry on using our Platform after changes are made, that counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Every order is sent out through our chosen logistics partners. Estimated delivery times and their costs are shown during checkout and depend on where you are. Perrock is not responsible for delays that arise from shipping carriers or customs processing.

21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them without giving a reason, in line with applicable consumer protection laws. To request a return, contact us at support@perrock.com. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or the error was ours. Refunds will be handled within 7 days of our receiving the returned goods.

22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty provisions. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us promptly at support@perrock.com with a description and supporting evidence. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as suits the situation.
