Warranty

Last Updated: Aug 5, 2026

This Warranty Policy explains what is covered and how to make a warranty claim.

Please note: this warranty is distinct from our 30-day return policy and relates specifically to manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage

Every product bought from perrock.com comes with a 12-month limited warranty, starting from the day it is delivered.

The warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults that aren't the result of misuse
  • Defective parts or poor workmanship

If a product is found to be faulty during the warranty period, we'll provide one of these solutions:

  • A repair of the product, or
  • A replacement with the same or a comparable model, or
  • A refund in cases where neither repair nor replacement is possible

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not extend to:

  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect installation
  • Damage resulting from power surges or the wrong voltage
  • Repairs or alterations carried out without authorisation
  • Water damage (unless the product is specifically rated as waterproof)
  • Use in commercial or rental settings, unless clearly stated otherwise
  • Light bulbs and other consumable parts, unless specified otherwise

3. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact us and supply the following:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos that show the issue

Phone: +44 7520689743
Email: support@perrock.com

We aim to reply to each warranty claim within 3–5 business days, along with guidance on the next steps.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

When the problem is verified as a manufacturing defect, we'll pay for the replacement shipping.

If the claim falls outside the warranty, the customer may be responsible for return or replacement shipping charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

This warranty covers only the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Perrock accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from using — or being unable to use — the product, except where the law does not allow such exclusions.

This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may hold additional rights that vary according to the country or region where you live.
